Terms of Use
Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Early-stage product; these terms will be formalized as Kredo grows.
What Kredo is
Kredo provides lifecycle observability for AI agent behavior — measurement, scoring, and monitoring of agent identity over time — plus an open protocol and CLI for portable, signed attestations. By using the hosted product or the protocol tooling, you agree to these terms.
Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for the security of your credentials and for the agents you register. Don't use Kredo to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to misrepresent an agent's identity or attestations. You retain rights to the agents and data you bring; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and compute scores.
Measurement, not certification
Kredo produces behavioral measurements and drift signals. A score is evidence, not a guarantee of an agent's safety, correctness, or fitness for any purpose. Operators remain responsible for decisions made about their agents. Detection methods are probabilistic and under active development.
Availability & changes
This is early-stage software offered as-is, without warranty. Features, scoring methods, and availability may change. We may update these terms and will note the date above.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kredo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of an early-stage product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
