Accessibility

Our commitment
Kredo is committed to making its website usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as ongoing engineering work, not a one-time checkbox.
The standard we target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced for U.S. accessibility. We test with automated tooling (axe-core) on every release and address issues as we find them.
What we've done
- Text and interface color contrast meets WCAG AA thresholds across our marketing and core product pages; the operational agent console is substantially conformant and being brought to full parity.
- All interactive controls are keyboard-operable, with visible focus indicators.
- Links within text are distinguishable without relying on color alone.
- Icon buttons and the mobile menu expose their purpose and state to assistive technology.
- Data visualizations, including the behavioral aura, carry text alternatives and the underlying scores are presented as readable text.
- Scrollable content regions are reachable and operable by keyboard.
Known limitations
Kredo is an early-stage product under active development. Some dense operational data views and interactive visualizations are still being refined for full assistive-technology parity, and decorative graphical elements may not meet every automated check. Where a data view is hard to consume non-visually, the same information is available as text. We're actively improving these areas and welcome specific reports.
Report a barrier
If you encounter anything on this site that's difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, or other assistive technology, please tell us — it's the fastest way to get it fixed. Email our team with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond promptly and to remediate confirmed issues.
No accessibility overlay
We do not use a third-party "accessibility overlay" widget. We believe real accessibility comes from building the site correctly, not from a bolt-on script — so we remediate the underlying markup and styles directly.
This statement reflects the current state of an evolving product and will be updated as we make improvements.
